You own the contact and networking data you create. By using Boomerang, you grant us a licence to store and process that data to provide the service.
4. Compliance
If any user is concerned with compliance of GDPR or other similar data sharing regulations, they must NOT register with Boomerang in any way including Beta testing and other elements that have been, are being, or may be developed for use with the Boomerang brand.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to harass, spam, or misuse the networking features. Commercial scraping or automated access without permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Beta Product
Boomerang is currently in beta. Features may change, and uptime is not guaranteed. See our Beta Disclaimer for more information.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boomerang is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
